Ken Glowacki, DACM, L.Ac., is active with his clinical practice. He teaches at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. He has been sharing his clinical and classical Chinese medical experience with students over the past 20 years.
One of his long time teachers, Jeffrey Yuen, a Daoist priest, has helped Ken to deeply learn how to create a space of healing. This training has helped him to gain a deep insight into the roots and foundations of Chinese medicine. Other significant trainings have been with accomplished Japanese acupuncturists, Yi Jing practitioners and Chinese medicine herbalists. Ken also offers patients Fascial Counterstrain. Fascial Counterstrain can offer patients pain relief, improved mobility, reduced inflammation, enhanced nervous system function, support for recovery, a gentle treatment option, and a holistic approach to care, making it a valuable therapy for a wide range of conditions. Ken graduated from Pacific College Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA and currently holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, DACM, degree. |
